The bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival 12.00 P.M / Departure 10.00 A.M.
It's better to let the apartments free within the 10.00 A.M. of the departure day in order to allow an accurate cleaning of the house for the new guests that will come from 12.00 A.M.

Animals are not allowed.

You have to leave 100,00 Euro (50,00 for Alloggio delle Rose), as security deposit, at the delivery of the key. This deposit will be returned at the departure.

You can rent towels and sheets at the extra price of 5,00 Euro per person.

Final cleaning costs, 50,00 Euro (30,00 for Alloggio delle Rose) are not inclusive in the price.

Electric, water and warming costs are inclusive in the price only during the summer period; from October to May they will be calculated on the consumption.

From November to April only, this SPECIAL OFFER allows you to book daily our apartments. It's better to ask for the avalaibility some days before your arrival in order to prepare our houses adequately.
The costs are per night with a minimal stay of two nights.
 

**SUMMER SPECIAL OFFER (avalaible only for VILLA DEGLI ULIVI)

June + July + August or July + August + September: 10.000 Euro
Ask for periods superior than 3 months or for the whole year: your requests will be appraised time by time.
